Michael
R. Panter & Associates was established in September 1980. Since then,
our practice has been concentrated in personal injury and wrongful death.
Our clients and their families are victims of severe, debilitating injuries
resulting from car accidents, falls, job accidents, defective products
and legal malpractice or medical malpractice.
Over the past 22 years, we have helped thousands of people achieve full
and fair financial compensation for their injuries. We have been able
to obtain many substantial awards for our clients, both in the courtroom
and in negotiated settlements.
What We Believe
We start from the premise that serving our clients and protecting and
advancing their interests is our primary goal.
We believe that to be effective in this mission we must be accessible
