Michael R. Panter has been practicing law since 1978. After attending St. John's College in Annapolis, MD ("The Great Books" curriculum), Mike received his BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his JD from DePaul University. At DePaul, Mike was on the Law Review research and writing staffs. He is licensed in Illinois and Florida. He is a member of the Federal Bar of Trial Lawyers. Mike belongs to the American and Illinois Associations of Trial Lawyers (ATLA and ITLA), the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations (ABA, ISBA and CBA), and the Decalogue Society. Mike has tried cases in state and federal trial courts and appellate courts in Illinois and other jurisdictions. His practice is limited to tort litigation including medical negligence, legal malpractice, product liability, automobile and other negligence cases. |

Charles L. Cannon, III began his work with Michael R. Panter & Associates in 1995 after graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University. Chuck received his JD from DePaul University College of Law in 1999 and joined the firm as a licensed attorney later the same year. He has handled every type of case in the firm's practice through investigation, litigation and trial. Chuck has handled numerous cases involving injury or death caused by defective products. His current practice includes, among other case areas, automobile accidents; defective consumer products and industrial machinery; injuries and birth defects caused by toxic exposure; medical malpractice and construction accidents. |
